Create a site
A site is an isolated publication inside a workspace. Each site has its own articles, briefs, style guide, and connected destination — content and settings never leak between sites. A new account starts with no sites; you create your first one here, whenever you're ready. (A site is optional for a standalone article, but required for briefs and publishing.)
How many sites can I have? Free includes 1 site, Starter includes 2, Pro includes 5, and Scale includes 15. Enterprise is custom. Multiple sites are ideal for agencies running several client publications side by side. See Plans.
Configure your site
Open site settings
Go to Sites in the sidebar. Click your site's name to edit it, or click New Site to create another one.
Basic information
Fill in:
- Site name — A descriptive name (for example, "Tech Insights Blog").
- Domain — Your publication's domain (for example,
blog.example.com). - Default language — The primary language for articles generated under this site. EarlyForge can produce articles in 28 languages.
Topics of interest
Choose the categories you want to follow. These preferences determine which trends surface first in this site's dashboard and help shape source discovery. Trends are detected globally across countries and languages, so you don't pick a country quota — you simply tell EarlyForge what subjects matter to you.
You can refine these any time as your editorial focus changes.
Style guide
Define your publication's voice so every article generated under this site sounds like you:
- Tone — Formal, neutral, casual, analytical, or conversational.
- Target audience — Technical readers, general public, industry professionals, and so on.
- Writing guidelines — Specific instructions (for example, "Always use active voice" or "Include a TL;DR section").
- Forbidden terms — Words or phrases to avoid.

Connect a destination
Connect where this site publishes — for example a WordPress site, Ghost, Medium, LinkedIn, your own Next.js site, or a custom webhook. Each site can have its own destination, and you can cross-publish to more than one. See Connect WordPress to get started.
Invite your team
Add teammates and assign roles so the right people can plan, write, edit, or just review. Open the team settings to invite members (including bulk invites by email) and manage access. See Manage your team.
