Manage several publications from one account, each isolated with its own style guide and publishing destination.
Run multiple sites
A site is an isolated workspace for one publication: its own style guide, its own publishing destination, and its own articles, briefs, trends, and alerts. You can run several sites from a single EarlyForge account — one team, one bill. In this tutorial you set up three publications side by side and configure each independently.
Prerequisites: An EarlyForge account. Site limits are per plan: Free 1, Starter 2, Pro 5, Scale 15, Enterprise custom. This tutorial creates three sites, which fits Pro and above.
Create your first site
Open Sites in the sidebar. A new workspace starts empty, so click Create site to add your first one. Each site card shows its name, configured topics, article count, active briefs, and connected destination.
Use this site as your starting point and add the others alongside it.
Create a technology blog
Click New site and configure it:
- Name —
TechPulse - Focus — Technology, AI, Science
- Default tone — analytical
- Description — "Cutting-edge technology news and deep-dive analysis for developers and tech leaders."
Create it. TechPulse is now a separate workspace: its trend feed reflects its focus, and every article generated here belongs only to TechPulse.
Create a finance newsletter
Add a second site:
- Name —
FinanceWatch - Focus — Finance, Crypto, Markets
- Default tone — formal
- Description — "Daily market intelligence, crypto analysis, and financial news for investors and analysts."
FinanceWatch sees an entirely different trend feed than TechPulse because it tracks different topics, and EarlyForge prioritizes finance-relevant sources when generating for it.
Create a French general-news site
Add a third site:
- Name —
NewsDaily - Focus — broad, all-category coverage
- Output language — French
- Default tone — journalistic
- Description — "Daily French-language news covering every topic."
NewsDaily generates in French and prioritizes French-language sources. You now have three independent publications, each serving a different audience and editorial niche.
Connect a destination per site
Each site publishes to its own destination. Open a site's settings and connect one:
- Enter the site URL, for example
https://techpulse.com. - Enter your WordPress username.
- Generate an application password in WordPress (Users → Profile → Application Passwords) and paste it.
- Test connection, then Save.
EarlyForge encrypts your credentials. Each EarlyForge site stores its own connection, so a TechPulse article publishes to techpulse.com and a FinanceWatch article to its own WordPress — never crossed.
Store destination tokens in the site's connection settings — EarlyForge encrypts them and never displays them back to you.
Give each site its own style guide
A style guide shapes how the AI writes for a site. Set one per site so each keeps a consistent voice, even when articles are generated automatically by briefs:

The AI reads the active site's style guide before writing any article for that site.
Switch between sites
Use the site switcher in the sidebar to move between publications. Switching changes the whole dashboard's context:
- Trends reflects that site's focus.
- Articles, Briefs, and Alerts show only that site's items.
The switcher is available on every page, so you can jump from one publication to another without losing your place.
Add a brief per site
Give each site its own automated brief. Switch to a site before creating its brief so the articles land in the right place:

How sites stay isolated
Each site is a fully separate workspace. Its articles, briefs, trends, and alerts are invisible to your other sites, even though they share one team and one bill. This keeps every publication's content, voice, and destination cleanly separated.
Quotas across sites
A few allowances apply across your whole account rather than per site:
- AI word budget — every plan includes a monthly AI word budget on us (5,000 words on Free, more on paid plans), shared across all your sites. Beyond that, paid plans connect their own AI key for unlimited generation — see Connect your AI.
- Briefs per month — Starter 3, Pro 20, Scale 100, Enterprise custom, shared across sites.
Sites themselves are the per-plan limit you build around: Free 1, Starter 2, Pro 5, Scale 15, Enterprise custom. Choose a plan that fits the number of publications you run.
