Connect Hashnode
Publish EarlyForge articles straight to your Hashnode publication, table of contents included.
Hashnode's API requires a Pro plan. Since May 2026, every Hashnode API call — reads and writes — requires the publication to be on a paid Pro plan. The connector only works for Pro publications.
Connect your publication
Generate a personal access token
Log in to Hashnode and open your developer settings. Click Generate New Token and copy it.
Find your Publication ID
Open your blog's dashboard at hashnode.com/<your-blog>/dashboard — the publication ID is the 24-character identifier in the URL.
Add the connection in EarlyForge
Go to Connectors → Hashnode → Add a site, paste the Personal Access Token and the Publication ID, and click Connect site.
Options
- Table of Contents — Hashnode generates a ToC from your article's section headings.
- Canonical URL (Advanced) — point SEO back to your own blog with
https://blog.example.com/{slug}.
